Orders are a flat fee of $9.99 (plus an insured component of $1.19 per $100 value) shipped by  Australia post eParcel Insured which has tracking, we use insured Post only to fully cover you and ourselves against loss & damage. Example Fees are:

• Your Order has: 5 items to a combined value of $50, it would have a shipping cost of $9.99 + 0.59 insured component = $10.59
• Your Order has: 1 item to the value of $200, it would have a shipping fee of $9.99 + 2.38 insured component = $12.37 etc

This shipping fee is calculated for you during the checkout process. Feel free to email us if you require further clarification.

Games Empire reserves the right to ship your order using Fastway couriers when deemed necessary.

Games Empire reserves the right to contact you regarding an additional shipping charge, where the actual shipping amount we pay is exceedingly high. 

Fast Shipping 
More than 95% of orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared, this ensures that you receive your order quickly! No one likes waiting, why should you!

   Where you see this image in a product information description there is an additional shipping amount payable if you are having it sent to one of the states listed beside the image. The extra amount payable will be listed next to this image.
You will be contacted for the additional charge unless you add the listed amount to your inital purchase payment. The additional charge will not automatically be added to your shopping cart.

 We currently only ship to Australia.

Customer Delivery Instructions

Please note that as we use eParcel we need a signature on delivery and therefore cannot instruct the driver to leave the parcel on the doorstep etc. as this voids our cover against loss or damage. If you are not home the parcel will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post office instead where it will be kept safely awaiting your pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but this protects both Games Empire and the customer.

Shipping - Pre-Orders

Please note that Pre-Orders are sent on the products release date, or on arrival to Games Empire if the item/s is a restock. The whole order is sent together, so any non pre-order items that you want before the release date have to be made as a separate order. If you have already ordered and would like your non pre-order items sent earlier, we require a second shipping payment

Pick up from Store

If you wish to pick up from the store you must complete your order, selecting "Pick up from Store" as your shipping method. Games Empire will e-mail you to inform you when your order is ready for collection.

Orders will be returned to stock if either payment or collection has not occurred within 7 days of the order being made.

Returns

We exchange any purchase within 14 days as long as the product is, unopened, in its original undamaged state and is in its original packaging, including plastic shrink wrap. Any returns are at the discretion of Games Empire Pty Limited.

Damaged Box Products

These products have a damaged box. They are new, still shrink wrapped but have had some transit damage. As the items are shrink wrapped we have no way of knowing if the internals have been affected in any way. Please note that is why the price have been so heavily discounted.
